I have been practicing law for 35 years, starting as an Associate at Milbank Tweed. I have always tried to exercise whatever judgement and skill I have for the sole benefit of my client. Usually, that involves finding a quick, common sense, and cost-effective solution to a problem. However, when this is not possible, I am an extremely effective advocate and fully able to utilize the court system to great advantage.
