Biography
Daniel L. Carroll is one of the founding partners of the firm. He was previously with the firm of Shea & Gould for over 20 years, 12 as a partner. He graduated from Syracuse University in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and from Georgetown University Law Center in 1969. In addition to handling cases in all major areas of commercial litigation, Dan has extensive experience in loan workouts, involving both real estate and non-real estate loans, related banking litigation and real estate litigation. Other recent matters involved title policy claims and coverage issues, NASD arbitrations, real estate brokerage commission claims, commercial leasing disputes, trademark and copyright infringement claims, shareholder derivative suits, loan securitization disputes, employment disputes and legal malpractice claims. He also has considerable experience in the bankruptcy field, primarily representing institutional creditors. Martindale AV Preeminent Rating.

Bad law firm, inappropriate billing
