Morris Dweck

Morris Dweck is an associate attorney, hailing from Brooklyn, in the firm's Mass Tort Department. Morris primarily handles medical device and drug product liability cases. More specifically, he is currently involved in the Benicar litigation as a part of the litigation discovery team, and the IVC Filter litigation. Morris continues to work on the $2.5 billion DePuy ASR settlement plan, $1.4 billion Stryker Rejuvenate hip implant settlement plan, $56 million Biomet Magnum and 38 M2a hip implants, and the nearly $400 million Zimmer Durom Cup settlement plan. Morris is also involved in the ongoing Transvaginal Mesh litigations. 

Being admitted in New York and New Jersey, Morris is the firm's liaison attorney to the New Jersey mass tort litigations.

Morris enjoys keeping client's informed of the legal process and he is always available to speak with clients. He values the relationship and trust he develops with his clients.

In May 2014, Morris graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Morris was awarded a Cardozo Scholarship Award throughout his three years in Law School. His note concerning the rare side effects of drugs and diseases was published by the Cardozo Law Journal of Public Law, Policy and Ethics. Morris served as an editor on the journal during his third year of law school. Morris has served and continues to serve as a mentor for a number of students in law school, as a part of the NYC Bar Association Mentor Program. He graduated from Flatbush High School in 2010. He is intimately involved with the Magen David of Manhattan synagogue where he teaches a class on Jewish law once a week.  

Morris is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the New York City Bar Association.
