For eviction you are going to need a court order. Orders of protection are handed out easily. You do not need a lawyer for an order of protection.

File a police report. Pull your credit report, and put a fraud alert on it.

Small claims takes a few weeks. Civil can take years. If the loan was accelerated in 2012 the statute of limitations for suit expired.
