Divorce and Separation 95%

I am a divorce settlement advocate. I help people reach separation agreements without court intervention. I do this either by representing them as a collaborative lawyer, or working with them as a third-party mediator. My goal is to reach fair and workable resolutions through a process that is no more stressful than it has be, nor less dignified than it can be.

Outstanding Mediator

Marc acted as the mediator in my separation agreement. He was extremely effective in striking a fair and balanced agreement. The process was smooth and efficient, aided greatly by Marc's calm demeanor, his ability to explain issues clearly and concisely, and his skill in getting both sides to be fl...exible.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
