Biography
JODI C. LIPKA is an associate in the firm's Trusts and Estates practice group. Ms. Lipka focuses her practice on estate and trust planning and administration with an emphasis on planning for the Federal Estate and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax, Gift Tax, Federal Income Tax and state estate and inheritance taxes. She is experienced in creating and implementing estate plans for high-net worth individuals, multi-generational families, small business owners, artists and art collectors.
Ms. Lipka received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, cum laude, and her LL.M. in Taxation with a concentration in Estate Planning from New York Law School. Ms. Lipka was awarded her undergraduate degree with distinction from the University of Michigan. She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
Ms. Lipka frequently lectures on estate planning and taxation issues before accountants, attorneys, and other professional and industry association audiences, and has contributed to the New Jersey Law Journal and Trusts and Estates Magazine. Besides her love for the Michigan Wolverines, Ms. Lipka is also a New York Yankees and a New York Giants fan.
