It was a horrible experience to be falsely accused. I was arrested for sexual assault due to someone's ridiculous accusation. The top charge is a felony. I am working for a top company in my industry and I am in the green card process. My life is almost ruined. I can't imagine the consequence if I l...ose this case. I am very glad that I picked Jeff as my criminal defense lawyer for this case. The first phone call with him made me feel that he is the right lawyer I should hire. He believed my statement about the case and gave me the confidence to beat this case. The next day I went to see him in person and signed the contract. His judgment and analysis of the case are top-notch. The case went exactly the way he told me. I didn't even have to go to the DA office with proffer. Jeff made the entire process easy and smooth. The case eventually got dismissed. I know that I am innocent. But hiring the right attorney is very important. I initially hired a terrible lawyer and that lawyer told me to write down a statement about my case. Then he will send it over to the prosecutor. That stupid action could give me a big issue later on. At that time, I didn't know too much about criminal defense. After I spoke with Jeff, I told this terrible attorney to stop working on this case immediately. Otherwise, I may be in jail right now since a bad lawyer didn't know what he was doing. Jeff saved my life and I cherish every day more than ever after my case is dismissed. Many thanks to Jeff, you are a friend of life! I highly recommend Jeff to people who are in a similar situation.
