It was a horrible experience to be falsely accused. I was arrested for sexual assault due to someone's ridiculous accusation. The top charge is a felony. I am working for a top company in my industry and I am in the green card process. My life is almost ruined. I can't imagine the consequence if I l...ose this case. I am very glad that I picked Jeff as my criminal defense lawyer for this case. The first phone call with him made me feel that he is the right lawyer I should hire. He believed my statement about the case and gave me the confidence to beat this case. The next day I went to see him in person and signed the contract. His judgment and analysis of the case are top-notch. The case went exactly the way he told me. I didn't even have to go to the DA office with proffer. Jeff made the entire process easy and smooth. The case eventually got dismissed. I know that I am innocent. But hiring the right attorney is very important. I initially hired a terrible lawyer and that lawyer told me to write down a statement about my case. Then he will send it over to the prosecutor. That stupid action could give me a big issue later on. At that time, I didn't know too much about criminal defense. After I spoke with Jeff, I told this terrible attorney to stop working on this case immediately. Otherwise, I may be in jail right now since a bad lawyer didn't know what he was doing. Jeff saved my life and I cherish every day more than ever after my case is dismissed. Many thanks to Jeff, you are a friend of life! I highly recommend Jeff to people who are in a similar situation. Don't give it up, don't lose hope, and keep fighting! There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. Exceeded expectations

Jeff represented me on several cases in criminal court. He was able to unsuspend my license in connection with one case and I will be left with no criminal record at all. He was responsive, diligent, and got me an incredible outcome.

Direct, Real, and Your Priority

Background: Upon facing a civil manner with the State of New York between August and September earlier this year, I have had consulted with many other “top-rated” and “Best of Avvo” legal firms and lawyers - all of which used a lot of scare tactics, outlining comprehensive administrative plans, defer...ring scheduling of resolving manners to fit their busy schedules, and highly inflated consultation and matter fees. Jeff was straight-to-the-point, realistic, and provided complete resolution within 20 days of calling him. Jeff was very friendly to chat with, always available via text (even on weekends and during his wife’s birthday!). While I often felt anxious regarding the matters at hand, Jeff was able to ease my anxieties and press the matters highly effectively and efficiently well ahead of schedule. Excellent Lawyer

It has taken me two weeks to write this review cause honestly I don’t know where to start. If I could give him more than five stars I would. Jeff was outstanding throughout my whole process giving me that sense of peace, I was phasing a very long sentence but with Jeff’s excellent and dedicated work ...ethics I received time served.
