About me

Working closely with individuals and families, I develop estate plans to effectuate each client’s individual goals and objectives. I recognize that each family has its own dynamics.

In addition, I represent individual and corporate fiduciaries in all aspects of post-death administration, including contested and uncontested proceedings before the Surrogate’s Court.

My expertise includes advising clients on cutting-edge estate planning and estate administration issues involving the use of assisted reproductive technology (ART).

I also prepare and negotiate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and advise on estate issues for blended families and estate issues relating to divorce.
