Richard A. Gilbert is a partner at Levine & Gilbert with over 35 years of litigation experience concentrating his practice in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury. Mr. Gilbert has teamed with Mr. Levine to secure numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and greatly expand the rights of municipal employees to secure substantial damage awards for injuries sustained on the job.
