Biography
Philip Russotti earned his B.A. from Columbia University before
earning his J.D. from St. John's Law School in 1973. After working with
the New York District Attorney's Office, where he was eventually
appointed as Chief of a Supreme Court Trial Bureau, Attorney Russotti
shifted his attention to private practice in 1980. Today, Philip
Russotti represents personal injury victims in New York state who have
sustained injury due to the negligent conduct of others.
Phil currently serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State
Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to being a member of the New York
State Bar Association, Attorney Russotti is also a sustaining member of
the American Association for Justice. For his work as a New York
personal injury attorney, Phil Russotti has been granted a Preeminent AV
Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and has also been featured in
Who's Who in American Law.
