I provide services to the Art community representing artists, collectors, galleries, auction houses, appraisers, and art-brokers. I provide services ranging from contract drafting and negotiations, to estate planning and litigation.

I also provide a full range of litigation, intellectual property and corporate services to medium and small businesses. I provide formation advice to choose the appropriate legal entity and ongoing support throughout the life cycle of the company.
