I just sold a NYC co-op apartment with the help of Fred and his team, and could not have been happier with the service I received. My initial conversation with Fred inspired trust and confidence, and set the stage for my work with Anna Nash, Alex, and Jonathan. Anna led the effort and was my primary... contact; I found her to be knowledgeable, effective, efficient, patient, and positive, and always available when I needed her. Alex and Jonathan provided excellent support. While my initial interactions with the team took place in January 2020, the closing did not take place until the end of March during the corona virus crisis. Everyone was working from home under extremely challenging circumstances, but the closing was handled beautifully.

This team is awesome! Me and my wife just got our first house using FHA loan. The underwriters were a pain and a half - numerous revisions, delays, additional last minute request etc. We worked with Anna Nash mostly - she is as sharp as it gets, very diligent, and responsive. Fred is an excellent ...negotiator - helped us reduce our closing expenses. Even though this firm as a bit more expensive than we expected at first - they are totally worth the money.
