From contract to closing, we felt were in good hands. Anna skillfully handled the negotiation of our contract with the seller's attor...ney, coordinated with the bank attorney, and kept us apprised of all details throughout the process. Everything was extremely organized. Fred personally attended our closing and explained all documents thoroughly to us at signing. The closing sheet they provided was 100% accurate, and everything was as we expected it to be. If and when it comes time to sell our new co-op, we would absolutely hire Fred and Anna again. We recently used Fred and his firm to help with the closing process on a new condo in Brooklyn. I needed them to jump on board last minute, and they were able to do just that.
