We recently used Fred and his firm to help with the closing process on a new condo in Brooklyn. I needed them to jump on board last minute, and they were able to do just that. More specifically, we worked with Anna as she was assigned to us and she was great. Always happy to jump on a call, always ve...ry responsive over email. Couldn't have asked for much more really. During the closing meeting, and during the process in general, Fred and Anna both were clearly advocates for us, making sure they they were providing advice that was looking out, not just boiler plate. I'll recommend any of my friends use them for their purchases, and if I ever need a real estate lawyer again, I'll have no hesitation reaching out to Fred's firm.
