Anna led the effort and was my primary... contact; I found her to be knowledgeable, effective, efficient, patient, and positive, and always available when I needed her. Alex and Jonathan provided excellent support. While my initial interactions with the team took place in January 2020, the closing did not take place until the end of March during the corona virus crisis. Everyone was working from home under extremely challenging circumstances, but the closing was handled beautifully.
