Ricardo Enrique Oquendo

Ricardo doesn't pay his bills to contractors he hires. I spent over 10 hours doing consulting for design work at his house in Woodbury, CT. Between 5 hours of in person and another 5 in the design and redesign process. We agreed on a price, and he has yet to pay the bill from Feburary and March. As s...omeone who should be ethical and follow contracts as a contract attorney you would think he would honor one that is given to him by a contractor. The icing on the cake is that he hired someone else to do the work from the designs he essentially stole from me.
