Earlier in his carrier while working for the New York City Corporation Counsel's Office he helped the City of New York win the fight to require expiration dates on milk containers.
He was part of the legal team that successfully won money damages for cerebral palsy caused at birth on behalf of a 20 year old college student against the doctor and hospital who delivered him, when his parents refused to.
He acted as a legal consultant to such TV talk shows as: Ricky Lake and Phil Donahue concerning Family Law topics.
He has been interviewed by TV news broadcasters concerning Family Law issues.
He was part of the legal team that successfully won one of the early cases for money damages against a Hollywood celebrity for assaulting a daily newspaper photographer.
He was part of the legal team for a patient who won money damages against the hospital she was treated in for severe depression, when she was allowed to severely injure herself there.
