4 1/2 stars really

Was patient with me when I was a wreck, and very strong in dealing with the other side, who engaged in some unilateral and, in my non-professional opinion, perhaps unethical behavior. Completely ethical herself. Returned my initial call immediately, which was crucially important. Reasons for docking ...1/2 star: communication (once the process began) was not always prompt. Also, her demeanor is not fiery, which left me uncomfortable for a good while, but it was just this coolness, I came to believe, which, when directed at the other side, left them flailing and helped secure an outcome in which everything, frankly, went my way. Would recommend.
