Scott Christopher Wilcox

I trained for most of my first ten years of practice at a top international law firm, where I represented public corporations, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, small businesses, and individuals in a range of matters.  Through Loeb & Loeb LLP, I advise clients on a full range of entertainment law.  I also provide outside general counsel services to companies, small businesses, and startups, and I counsel non-profit organizations on issues including formation and corporate governance.  I have been recognized by Sanctuary for Families, the City Bar Justice Center, and the Federal Bar Council for my pro bono contributions to the New York City community.  I serve on an advisory committee for the American Bar Association's Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries, the New York State Bar Association's Theater and Performing Arts Committee, and the legal advisory council for Sanctuary for Families.  I routinely speak to entrepreneurs, artists, and producers about the latest developments in business law, entertainment law, and technology/privacy law.
