Excessive Billings

Went to this attorney for 5 PTO registration filings. Was told it would cost $7,000. They did the work and then billed more than double what they quoted. Had to go for arbitration to reduce their excessive invoice, for which the First Department ruled in favor of the client. We hired a P.I. who pro...vided proof the filings cost only $2,000 and change.
