I have practiced in the NYC area for over 30 years having been a former Assistant District Attorney; peronal injury litigator with American International Group; and having managed and operated my own practice for many years  My substantial experience with real estate transactions, involving millions of dollars of deals, allows me to readily spot the issues in order to develop a plann of strategy and better protect your interests. My experience includes cooperatives, condominiums, brownstones and commerical properties.  As well as drawing up Wills and advance directives.
