Zack and I spoke over the phone about a sensitive subject matter and he asked me to come in to discuss further. I arrived early to find he scheduled me at the wrong time. After 45 minutes of waiting, he wasn’t prepared for my visit and stated he’d like to “see if there’s something we can do” but as o...ur conversation went on (a whole 10 minutes) he retracted his desire to help. When presented with the details of my case he seemed uncomfortable with the subject matter, quickly rejected me, and I left in tears. I wasn’t expecting a “yes” but I was expecting to be treated like a human. I would not recommend him for detailed cases or sensitive matters.

Without the help of Zack Holzberg, I would not have had the courage to find a voice when I experienced sexual harassment in my workplace that was affecting my well-being and impaired my health. I cannot express how grateful I am for Zack's commitment to my case with constant updates and explanations ...of the process. As someone who was very hesitant and afraid to speak up, I am so glad I did with the help of Zack. I went from feeling alone to having full support from the beginning of the process to the end. He is very professional and great at what he does. I highly recommend Zack for anyone experiencing sexual harassment in their work environment.
