Great Lawyer for Landlord Disputes

Mr. Wachtel did wonders for our case, he kept the landlord at arms lenghth and us in the building. A very powerful Attorney for these kind of matters, I would recommend him to anyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME..

I contacted Gary for advice on handling a mistake on my lease that my landlord is trying to profit from. Gary’s was very condescending way from the moment he answered the phone as if I was calling to ask him a personal favor rather than recommendation on handling a serious legal matter I was ready to... compensate him for. I barely got through my second sentence when he cut me off extremely abruptly stating “I’m too busy to handle your case.” Although I'm not looking to waste anyone's time or more importantly mine, there's an etiquette to follow that's very indicative of how attentive any attorney will be with regards to your case should you end up hiring him for his services. Unfortunately this gentleman does not believe in plain & simple courtesy and I think he'd not only waste your time but more than likely have a paralegal handle your case while still charging you his hourly rate.
