Biography
I have been employed at some of the best and most well-known law firms in the country, but I left in order to represent clients where I would have a greater impact. I wanted to engage with my clients, understand their issues, and act as a partner, advisor and advocate. In addition to the business work I used to do, I now represent individuals in employment law matters, including severance agreement negotiations, wage and hour matters, as well as discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases.
There are much larger firms out there, who will take on numerous clients, and have paralegals and associates burn through the file. My approach is different. I am quite selective about who I will represent because I am dedicated to each client. I need to make sure I have the time and resources necessary to make sure that each client engagement is a positive experience. I am straightforward and practical in my approach. I try to resolve cases without going to court, but I do not hesitate to do so when it is necessary to achieve the best outcome for my client.

Professional, responsive, great advice, and finally great resolution
