Joseph Milano

Joseph Milano represented himself as a lawyer specializing in labor law. I had brought him a case where he wrote one letter notifying the other party that he was representing counsel and that's all he did. Orginally he said that these cases take time and he would contact me when he had news. I never ...heard from him again and he would not return calls or letters and is a complete professional coward. After his neglect to be at least a man and discuss the legal matter he was reported to the discplinary committee. Not surprisingly, he blantantly lied in his response which made no sense since he indicated the client received resolve and he notified me of this. Its ashame that this discplicable man can call himself an attorney in New York City. Be aware he starts with a gentle kind demeanor only to blow your case off. Truly one of the worse and unprofessional counsels I have interracted with and hopefully what goes around comes around for this poor excuse for counsel
