Rapaport Law Firm, PLLC is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality of legal representation in civil litigation matters. We focus on employment, telecommunications, and matrimonial issues. Our law firm was founded by attorney Marc Rapaport in 1995. For more than a decade, Marc Rapaport has served as New York litigation counsel for the nation's fourth largest telecommunications provider. Marc is one of New York City's most experienced cell site litigators. Marc has successfully represented wireless communication providers in state and federal courts in cases involving property damage claims, breach of contract, holdover proceedings, and more. We have an in-depth knowledge of the logistical and technological issues relating to cell sites, combined with decades in New York state and federal court practice.
Marc Rapaport also handles wage class action matters on behalf of employees. Our firm's recent successes include a widely-publicized injunction against one of New York's largest residential landlords on behalf of building superintendents. Our law firm has been at the forefront of bringing state and federal lawsuits to enforce New York State's Domestic Workers Bill of Rights.
