•         Real estate transactions on behalf of individuals, businesses, investors, developers, and contractors in connection with the purchase, lease, sale, development, construction, improvement, financing, and transfer, of various real estate interests, including single-family houses, condominiums, cooperative apartments, vacant land, multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
