Martin Harold Tankleff

I hired Marty Tankleff of Metcalf & Metcalf, along with Steve Metcalf. Everyone told me, "Don't hire Manhattan attorneys." These attorneys were different. They cared and they believed in me. Prior to retaining Mr. Tankleff I had five lawyers whose work ethic in total doesn’t amount up to half of what Mr. Tankleff has done for me. Mr. Tankleff tackled my situation from multiple angles, for example He pointed out that my PSI report was not only out of date but it was filled with several eg...regious statements that were not only false but which could’ve damaged me in so many ways. In addition to that, Mr. Tankleff managed to make precise arguments that not even the prosecutors or a judge can get around. I mean once he makes his point the window is close. There’s absolutely no getting around him. He’s a swell man with a ton of personality but most importantly his level of understanding and life experiences makes him a well rounded attorney.
