Founded in 1996, Aldad & Associates has been providing quality legal services with an emphasis on Real Estate Law, Mortgage Closings, Commercial Landlord/Tenant Matters and Civil Litigations.

Lior Aldad established the practice in New York City after working at two well established firms in New York. With his broad range of experience, he has the expertise and resources to handle many types of business-related legal matters expeditiously including complex real estate transactions. His premier full-service real-estate law practice represents a wide range of clients in the areas of acquisition, development, and leasing of commercial and multi-dwelling properties, as well as other real estate transactions such as the purchase or sale of residential homes, condominiums, and cooperatives. Lior Aldad has represented real estate management companies, developers, entrepreneurs, landlords, commercial tenants, and individuals in purchasing and selling real property with revenues ranging from $10, to $25,000,.

Outside his practice, Lior Aldad lectures and speaks at seminars about current legal and ethical issues confronting the real estate industry.

A member of the Bars of the New York State and the District of Colombia, Mr. Aldad is also admitted to practice in the New York State Supreme Courts, New York State County Courts, and New York State Court of Appeals. He is also admitted to practice law in the Federal District Courts, New York's Eastern and Southern Districts.

Lior Aldad graduated cum laude with a Bachelor Degree in business administration and finance from Adelphi University's Business School and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Lior Aldad is a New York State licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed Mediator and a member of the New York State Board of Realtors, New York State Bar Association, and New York County Lawyers Associations.
