Allen Yi

Allen Yi graduated cum laude from Baruch College with a Bachelor’s inBusiness Administration in Entrepreneurship and Business graduation he was inducted into the National Management HonorSociety, Sigma Iota Epsilon.

Hethen earned his Juris Doctor with first year honors from RutgersUniversity, School of Law. He also competed in the Thomas Tang NationalMoot Court and submitted a brief that was ranked 3rd Place in the US NorthEast Region. During his academic instruction he also went to China andcompleted a program in HK Legal Studies at Hong Kong University, whichwas sponsored by Santa Clara University, School of Law. He spent hisfinal year of law school studying at the Benjamin Cardozo School of Lawin New York.

Duringhis law school years, he participated in the Bankruptcy Pro BonoProgram where he advised clients and prepared them in filing forBankruptcy.  In addition, Mr. Yi has also volunteered as an AuxilaryPolice Officer and has earned a Commendable Performance Award for hisservices during the Blackout of 2003. In his youth, he has workedclosely over the years with the Chinese-American Planning Council wherehe served in many capacities serving the immigrant community.

Hisexperience includes working with international law matters at a HongKong international law firm, and criminal defense/appellate work in aNew Jersey firm.

However,his passion and expertise remains to be the practice of Tort andInsurance law; a passion that he has cultivated over the years workingwith the Law Offices of Wade T.
