Joe is a lawyer who is extremely dedicated to his clients. I came to him with a mess in the middle of a fundraising process. He was incredibly efficient and worked quickly to figure out all that needed to be done. We were able to navigate a very tricky Term Sheet thanks to his expertise. He's more expensive than most lawyers, but definitely worth every penny.
