Michael Constantine Lydakis

Michael C. Lydakis is an associate with Kane Kessler in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group.  His practice encompasses numerous areas of this dynamic field, including traditional labor relations, employment discrimination, and wage and hour litigation, among others.  Aside from providing daily counsel to clients in these areas, Mr. Lydakis also assists clients in other ways, including; representation at mediation and arbitration, negotiating and drafting various agreements and internal policies, counseling on compliance and best practices, and advising on changes in the law.   

Prior to joining Kane Kessler, Mr. Lydakis worked as Staff Attorney for a professional sports league where he played a significant role in the administration of the collective bargaining agreement.  He also represented the league in arbitration proceedings.  While studying at St. John’s University School of Law, Mr. Lydakis attained success on the national stage in mock trial competition and was also a Senior Staff Editor of the St. John’s Journal of International and Comparative Law.
