Biography
I am a senior corporate, securities and broker-dealer attorney based in New York City who represents clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on public and private equity finance, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and broker-dealer regulation. My particular client focus is on private and public companies with a market value of less than $500 million, investment banks that service that market, and investors who invest in that market. During my career, I have developed significant expertise in the life sciences and real estate sectors.
My goal is to provide expert yet practical advice on complex legal issues and transactions at reasonable prices, including via flat fee arrangements.
I have been a partner of the firm of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP since 2006, having joined the firm in 2002. I began my career in 1997 at the law firm of Battle Fowler LLP and subsequently served as an associate at Paul Hastings LLP.
