I found Joan to be extremely effective and knowledgable with many, many years of experience on Wall Street. She was able to help me in many areas of securities law, specifically with Finra, a frivolous client complaint and a Broker Compensation and Transition Recruiting Package. She has worked in p...ast for large brokerage firms as in-house counsel and now advocates on behalf of Financial Advisors protecting their employment rights and licenses. She is extremely kind and although sometimes we can have lengthly, detailed conversations, she had be very fair with billing. She never asked me for a retainer as I was referred to her from another client of hers.
