Allison Spitz-Perry

Allison Spitz-Perry received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Syracuse University in 1984 and her J.D. Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1987. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988 and has specialized in Immigration Law ever since. After working at several Immigration Law Firms, she started Perry & Spitz-Perry in 1991. From the beginning her goal has been to provide personalized and highly attentive service. The immigration process is a daunting and very personal experience. Because of this, Allison Spitz-Perry works directly with her clients and believes in personalized attention.

With over 30 years of experience, Allison Spitz-Perry has represented clients at US Embassies and Consulates around the world. She handles the application process for Naturalization, Permanent Residence and Non-Immigrant visas, with a focus on complex business immigration matters and family unification. Allison Spitz-Perry works with individuals, corporations, and represents individuals who have risen to the top of their field in the arts and business. The process begins with an honest assessment of the client’s options followed by the determination of an Immigration strategy, assistance in gathering the necessary information and documents, preparation and filing of all required forms, preparation for interviews, and representation at interviews.
