called this traffic law office looking for representation, and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. The agents were rude, unfriendly, and at one point actually hung up the phone on me. I called three different times and never received a single call back. While I was on the phone, I could h...ear another person in the background speaking loudly, which made the entire interaction feel chaotic and careless. When I politely asked for the name of the agent I was speaking with, they refused to give it to me. This law firm clearly does not value potential clients or basic professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was visiting Upstate NY from out of town, I was safely driving and I was stopped by an officer who said I was speeding. I wasn’t speeding. I maintained my composure, said what was factual, still received a ticket. I arrived home researched and spoke with a couple of Attorneys, hired Attorney Sti...tes because of his reviews coupled with his attentiveness while I was explaining. I also spoke Attorney Stites Paralegal, Crystal, who also demonstrated professionalism and compassion, which was imperative because I am so disappointed with the lack of integrity in this circumstance, so I really appreciate the kind way that they treated me from the outset. It was obvious Attorney Stites was not just hearing me but he was listening as evidence by the encouraging comment he made in relation to the reason for my trip to Upstate NY. I am someone who pays close attention to how a person interacts with me, not just what they say, or their credentials but if they demonstrate fellow feeling. I felt at ease and was able to regain calm, and a certain confidence despite the outcome. The result is, Attorney Stites was able to have the 4 points dismissed. Thank you very much for your kindness and for succeeding in having my points removed.

I received a few moving violations in less than 18 months which caused great concern given I drive everywhere I go. I plead not guilty hoping to give myself the opportunity to present my case. When I got to the court room I realized this was not something I should be doing without council. I asked fo...r another date to appear it was granted. I began to research and came across Mr Stites. I left a message on Friday night and on Saturday late afternoon I received a call from him. Then again a follow up call on Monday. He answered my questions and gave me some insight and soon thereafter I hired him to address my summons. Yesterday was the first court appearance and he came back with a positive outcome. One down two to go. He has been very receptive as well as his team members replying to my emails and text in a timely fashion. What more can you ask for. I hope we do well with the next 2 summons but in the end I know there is no guarantee. All I can ask for is good representation and I believe I have that in Mr Stites and his team

I was issued 2 traffic tickets in NYC. One of which was a 6 point speeding ticket for driving 76 mph in a 50 mph zone.
