i hired Sam Himmelstein on May 15 2013 in a case related to a protracted and nasty legal battle with my landlord who attempted to evict me with my infant despite the fact that I fall under stabilization. The landlord has been harassing me out of my apartment and using ever dirty trick in the book. Sa...m told me great things about my case potential, and about his great skill and expertise in the area. He promised me aggressive representation. In 10 1/2 weeks passed since i gave him the retainer he NEVER returned a phone call or email except once where he told me had been busy, and now is going on vacation, and I should talk to someone else! He has even failed to deposit my check to deposit for 2 weeks now, despite the judge's order!
