I would not recommend this attorney. Throughout my case, communication was poor, and I often had to repeatedly follow up for updates. When I raised concerns, I was consistently directed to his assistants, who frequently did not have the information I needed. One of the biggest issues was that my c...ase was delayed because the necessary documents were not signed before leaving court, resulting in additional time and unnecessary complications. There also appeared to be delays whenever I requested documentation or asked for accountability regarding the status of my case. In addition, his demeanor was very rude and condescending, making an already stressful situation even more difficult. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism, communication, and client service I received. I would never use this attorney again.

Mr. Rosman represented my elderly family members in Queens County Housing Court, and the outcome was far more favorable than we anticipated. Mr. Rosman made it clear that abuse or mistreatment of the elderly and indiv...iduals with disabilities is something taken personally, and that commitment was demonstrated throughout the case. His negotiations were firm and fair, with a consistent focus on protecting clients’ rights and dignity. I also observed the genuine respect Mr. Rosman receives from colleagues, which speaks to his professionalism and reputation. His positive attitude and presence made a difficult process easier for our family, and we are very grateful for his representation.
