He has represented countless individuals before the immigration authorities in the tri-state area and worldwide in their pursuit of lawful residence and U.S. Citizenship. Mr. Datta has a long history representing clients appearing before the USCIS officers in the New York City, Newark, New Jersey, and Garden City District Offices. The firm has also represented individuals at immigration courts nationwide, including New York, Newark, New Jersey, Boston, Tampa, Florida, Pennsylvania, and in Texas. If you plan to apply for benefits in one of these offices, or are required to appear in any immigration court there, you will need a representative fully familiar with the procedures and officers there. Neal Datta received his B.A. at Kenyon College in 1987 and his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School in 1992. He is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut. In addition, Mr. Datta is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Neal is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has lobbied for immigrant’s rights on behalf of AILA in Washington, D.C.
