Then the zoom call dropped magic...ally while in court and I only heard some of the “understanding questions “ asked to my son. at that point I was super lost and the judge did not even acknowledge me. She is Professional at making it sound good. She made decisions on how my son should get curfew at 6pm and an ankle monitor. She did not Rebuttal the recommendation. She is aware of the constitutional violations and won’t refer me to a civil lawyer. I won’t recommend anyone using her only if you want your child to loose some how. She did not fight any plea deal. Allowed for the biggest charge to be the plea deal and also not care about due process. She will coherence you into taking a plea because then “ they will take it to trail “ past 30days of my son getting accused of something and she is going “to try and get an investigator out” to see if my son was somewhere else. Aka we may never have that footage. Again I won’t ever recommend her. She will get u other services although you didn’t ask for it. “It looks good for the judge to see him doing something for himself “ I think it would look better if she maybe had time for the cases she has. I take it she doesn’t have much time and has a lot of other cases that she would like to get out the way as well.
