Mr. Dahiya helped me with a very complicated bankruptcy case. He was sensitive to my worries, understood my ...concerns throughout the process, and did everything possible to make the process clear and simple. I would highly recommend Mr. Dahiya.

Wildly unprofessional - almost nightmarishly so. He wasted a literal month of my life as I was trying to file bankruptcy for my mother and he got absolutely nothing done. Not one shred of work. In fact, he even had me doing some of the leg work for him because he claimed to be so very busy, and still..., one month later, nothing was done. His communication skills are terrible, among other things. He doesn't meet his own deadlines, he'll actively ignore phone calls and text messages, and when you do get him on the phone he'll fill the conversation with superfluous nonsense to distract you from his lack of productivity. If I could give zero stars, or even negative stars, I surely would. A horrifying waste of time, and now we’re on the hunt for another attorney who can hopefully complete this case ASAP.

Karamvir was completely incompetent in presenting my case at Queens Supreme. Karamvir failed to file documents on time that he had in his possession for over a month. Karamvir also failed to notified opposing counsel of hearing date, only angering the judge even further. All this occurred after him ...taking the retainer, and have now incurred an additional 6,000.00 in legal cost for a new attorney to clean up the disaster that this so called attorney created. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY, WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO SERVICE!

We hired him back in 2016.In the beginning he was very nice to us soon as he got his money he became very rude by not returning calls or any messages. He is very unprofessional and angry person who don’t know how to keep his anger off. He was screaming at me and on my husband like we owe him somethin...g He forgot we paid him and hired him to take care of some business. He is a liar. He will manipulate you to get your money and will never return your call back. He still owes us our money back. Cause of him my vehicle was possessed we been throug hell with him. Please I m requesting to all my people not to go to him at least ask around bout him and then move on. He will make your life hell and will treat you like a trash.Please go to professional lawyer who might didn’t go to Harvard at lest they know how to treat people or not to cheat with their money. God is watching everything and he will pay for it.

Karamvir represented me in my bankruptcy case. I had, what should have been, a very straight forward case. Instead I was saddled with a belligerent Trustee who tried at every occasion to excite my attorney with the most unprofessional behavior I've ever witnessed. It seemed my case was held hostage, ...due to a personal vendetta against Mr. Dahiya, because of some unrelated matter. Karamvir was able to keep his composure and handle the matter with perfect professionalism. In the end, despite the Trustee's efforts to delay, I was awarded a full discharge. I would recommend this attorney to anyone seeking help with bankruptcy.
