i hired Ms Linder to handle my divorce she was a very good talker i believed everything she told me how she was handling my divorce how she was filing paperwork etc then i receive the divorce papers in the mail come to find out Ms Linder never even answered the complaint never filed a single pa...per to the courts in the courts eyes i never had a lawyer so i received nothing from my divorce because she never filed a single thing

Jacqueline Linder failed to advocate for her client by not carrying out due diligence regarding a matrimonial matter. Ms. Linder failed to file papers that would have finalized divorce after being required to do so by the Judge overseeing the case in the 30 day time period required. One year later Ms.... Linder misled client ( me) as to the status of the filing, and the case, and has not been responsive to phone calls, or emails, to address the matter as required. Additionally, Ms. Linder provided inadequate counsel on the case and did not act in the best interest of her client.

Having an attorney like Jacqueline take the "Woe" out of worrying. I cannot express how confident she made me feel after every one of our conversations. She has gotten a fraud case dismissed and is now handling my child support case. I was being sued for $25,000. for a boat that my soon to ...be ex put in my name.
