I continue to represent child care agencies in NYC in contested and uncontested guardianship proceedings to free children for adoption as well as in other related foster care litigation in Family Court both at trial and on appeal.

I have an expertise in contested adoption proceedings. I have successfully represented adoptive parents and agencies in numerous contested adoptions both at trial and on appeal. These cases have helped shaped adoption law in NY.

I continue to have an active estate practice drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, probating Wills and guiding the administration of estates.

I have represented parent and relatives in child custody litigation over the years as well as handled grandparent custody and visitation cases.
