Mr. Hochman helped me to formulate and design a trust for my children. He proved himself to be a very good listener, explained the process clearly, and after he wrote the draft, he helped me to execute the desired changes along the way. He was also very pleasant to consult with when I had further qu...estions, and his answers were quick and concise.

for 6 weeks he did nothing. didn't provide specific information on the people and their phone numbers that I gave him to contact. He then in a email mail said he sent letters and was expecting the return certified cards any day. He did not send me a copy of the letter because nothing was sent and in... fact did not make any progress with the matter. He was referred by my accountant. Do not even think of working with this do nothing.

Charles Hochamn is a deceptive uneducated lawyer who has cost me a great deal of money and aggravation. I had a simple case with a client owing me a little over $30,000 USD with the client admitting he owes me the money in an email and detailed spreadsheet from the client’s bookkeeper stating the app...roved work and invoices. For the next 3 years I would call him and leave messages on a weekly basis only to hear back from him a few times with stories that his mother was in accident, his wife gave birth the defendants lawyer switched firms and he needed to find him and even that the judge in the case had postponed the trial because his home was flooded by Hurricane Sandy. After 3 years of frustration with Charles Hochman and his partner Cynthia Dade of Dade and Hochman completely avoiding me off and not caring about my case, I hired a new attorney. To my surprise the new attorney found out that the defendant’s attorney responded to my claim 3 years prior and it was sitting waiting for response from my attorney. By the time the new attorney tried to reopen the case the company had been sold and I was out the money, I told Charles Hochman this and he said he will refund my retainer, which proves he has not worked on my case. Charles Hochman and Cynthia Dade are fraudulent attorneys that cannot be trusted, stay away form them.
