I should not have been charged with Disorderly Conduct and the police were acting maliciously. Mr. Yerman was prepared to defend me in every possible way to ensure the furtherance of justice while working with me to understand other immigration implications. Receiving this charge as a tourist in New York it was very overwhelming to defend myself against the charge.
