Biography
Mr. Raskin is a senior partner of Raskin & Kremins, LLP, specializing in personal injury, commercial, and civil rights litigation. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 25 years.
In addition to his active role in all phases of litigation, Mr. Raskin is responsible as managing partner for the oversight of the daily activities of the firm's staff, as well as the monitoring of all case intakes and dispositions. Mr. Raskin also handles certain commercial matters on behalf of our business clients, among them numerous well-known New York City restaurants, night clubs, and other business ventures.
Prior to the founding of Raskin & Kremins, Mr. Raskin was associated with the law offices of Raskin & Rappoport, P.C. While at Raskin & Rappoport, Mr. Raskin concentrated in plaintiffs' litigation, specializing in automobile accident, premises, and labor law matters. Mr. Raskin has also represented the New York State Department of Liquidation, The State Insurance Fund, and other domestic and international insurance carriers in all phases of litigation. Additionally, Mr. Raskin has handled numerous real estate matters on behalf of investors, purchasers, and banks.
