Bong Won Yeon

I really thought about getting legal about how much Yeon Bong hurt and jeopardize my immigration process and me personally - financially. He processed my work visa without fundamental information about my qualifications which end up on an work audit case that cost me $4.300 to get resolved. He didn't... harm only with this loss but also another 1 year of international school that will cost me around $7.000 while waiting for the audit to be answered AND PLUS since he started incorrectly my application, the audit can end up being rejected because of him. I have endless records saved of tries of communication never answered by him or his assistant. Text, calls, emails. It all fell apart when I texted 3 times in the same week, however it was a specific week that USCIS showed it was the month of revision to my case. He got irritated and said "this websites are not accurate" 3 days later they contacted about my case. New lawyer checked, Yeon never changed the old address. Mail being send to an empty office. Worst lawyer I EVER hired. He said I was annoying and that my case would not work because I kept calling. They are disorganized. I know several people that have problems with him and his assistant. I regret so much trusting the recommendation to hire him. My knew lawyer didn't understand ANYTHING when we set to review all of Yeon work. I was ashamed before the company that is hiring me. A work visa not done properly. It look bad for me and my future bosses. ABSURD.

Do not hire this attorney. I retained him, gave him a consult fee, which is fine, as I used his time and is fair. But then gave him $2600.00 and he has kept it. When I politely asked him to return my retainer as no work was ever performed, and I had decided not to go through with the work, he told me... that he was going to be keeping $1000.00 Not once was I invoiced, called, billed or had a single paper filed on my behalf. He literally did nothing for my case. If he had, I would happily have paid him for his time. But to tell me you are keeping $1000 for no work performed is Just unethical.
