Benjamin entered my legal troubles after NYS State attorneys not only refused to speak to me but tried to pull shenanigans over on me. The Judge presiding was even frustrated with the attorney's and gave them a stern warning on the side that I overheard as to why they were not offering a deal to me ...that they offered to many others before me and even undocumented individuals. She informed me I needed a lawyer. I tried to represent myself but no one would help me or even talk to me from the state. A friend of mine recommended Benjamin.
