Katsiaryna Stsepaniuk

I am a lawyer with international background. I was born and raised in Belarus, where attended the School of Law at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno. In 2011, I have received my first degree in Law, graduating with honors among the best students in the class. After that, I worked for almost 6 years as an in-house counsel for a large construction company in Russia, and then for an international transportation company in Belarus. During this work, I gained extensive experience in drafting contracts (including construction and supply contracts, leases, employment contracts and international transportation services contracts), as well as in resolving domestic and international legal disputes.
In 2020, I graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (White Plains, NYS). After graduation, I successfully passed the New York bar exam and was admitted to practice law as an attorney in New York State in 2021.
